REGLAMENTO/REGULATION IRcup 2018

I.General
1.1 La inscripción en este campeonato significa la plena aceptación, por parte del piloto, de lo escrito en el presente reglamento.
   The inscription in this championship means the full acceptance, on the part of the pilot, of what is written in these regulations.
1.2 No se consentirá cualquier tipo de falta de respeto o boicot a dicho campeonato. Dicha actitud podría suponer la retirada de la licencia.
 Any kind of lack of respect or boycott of the championship will not be allowed. Such an attitude could lead to the withdrawal of the license.
1.3 Cualquier aspecto no contemplado en este reglamento quedará a juicio de la organización.
  Any aspect not contemplated in this regulation will be at the discretion of the organization.
1.4 La organización se reserva el derecho a realizar cualquier cambio al presente reglamento sin previo aviso.
     The organization reserves the right to any change to this regulation without prior notice.
II.Requisitos/Requirements
2.1 Obligatorio e imprescindible tener instalado el Richard Burns Rally.
     It is compulsory and essential to have the Richard Burns Rally installed.
2.2 Tener instalado el Plugin RBRcz  en su última versión. Así como todas sus actualizaciones. Está terminantemente prohibido alterar las físicas originales.
    Have the RBRcz Plugin installed in its latest version. As well as all your updates. It is strictly forbidden to alter the original physics NGP.
También se prohíbe modificar los valores bloqueados en los setup por defecto, así como sobrepasar sus valores máximos y mínimos.
You can also modify the locked values in the default configuration, as well as to exceed their maximum and minimum values.
2.3 Estar registrado en la web/Be registered on the web http://rbr.onlineracing.cz/index.php
2.4 Poseer la licencia RBR WCN.
               Own the RBR WCN license.
2.5 Totalmente prohibida la participación de una misma persona con varios nombres diferentes, estableciéndose como Nick por defecto el registrado en la inscripción del campeonato. Cualquier cambio en este punto deberá ser comunicado con antelación al organizador, bien por email o con un post en el foro.
         Totally prohibited the participation of the same person with several different names, establishing as Nick by default the of registration in the championship. Any change in this point will be sent in advance to the organizer, either by email or with a message in the forum.
2.6 Cualquier violación de las normas anteriores  supondrá la exclusión del piloto en la prueba a disputar.
               Any violation of the above rules will result in the exclusion of the driver in the race.
III.Desarrollo Pruebas/Development rallies
3.1 La fecha de comienzo del campeonato será el 26 Abril 2018.
              The starting date of the championship will be on April 26, 2018.
3.2 El campeonato constará de 6 pruebas de idéntico coeficiente.
               The championship will consist of 6 tests of the same coefficient.
3.3 Para la clasificación final se contabilizarán los cinco mejores resultados de cada piloto.
              For the final classification, the five best results of each pilot are counted.
3.4 Se creará un tema para hablar de el rally que se está disputando, donde los pilotos podrán colgar fotos de su participación
              A theme will be created to talk about the rally that is being played, where riders can post photos of their participation
3.5 Cada piloto inscrito recibirá toda la información relativa al campeonato.
              Each registered pilot has the information related to the championship.
3.6 Los rallyes de 1 etapa comenzarán el Viernes y concluirán el Lunes
               The 1-stage rallies will begin on Friday and conclude on Monday
3.7 En los rallyes de 2 etapas, la primera será de Jueves a Sabado, y la segunda de Domingo a Martes.
              In the rallies of 2 stages, the first is from Thursday to Saturday, and the second from Sunday to Tuesday.
3.8 El nivel de dificultad será siempre realistic o reduced.
              El nivel de dificultad es siempre realista o reducido.
3.9 Habrá Superrally en todos los tramos de 300 segundos de penalización por cada uno.
              There will be Super-rally in all stage of 300 seconds of penalty for each one.
3.10 La organización no se responsabiliza de las penalizaciones que imponga el plugin por bugs, y éstas no serán retiradas bajo ningún concepto.
               The organization is not responsible for the penalties for bugs in plugin, and these will not be withdrawn under any circumstances.
3.11 Ante la imposibilidad de conceder reset, la organización no se responsabiliza de los posibles saltos al escritorio o caídas del servidor, en esos casos se considerara la participación como abandono por avería mecánica.
           Faced with the impossibility to grant a reset, the organization is not responsible for possible desktop jumps or server crashes, in which case the participation will be considered as abandonment due to mechanical breakdown.

IV.Categorías/Categories
4.1 Las categorías admitidas para este campeonato son las siguientes/The categories admitted for this championship are the following:
RC2 - R5,R4,S2000
RC2N - N4
RGT - GT´s
RC3 - R3,S1600
RC4 - R2

4.2 Se permitirá el cambio libre de montura durante la temporada sin previo aviso.
              Free car change during the season without prior notice will be allowed.

V.Sistema de puntuación/Punctuation system
5.1 Existirá una clasificación Absoluta,y otras para cada categoria, estableciendo el siguiente sistema de puntuación:
              There will be an Absolute classification, and others for each category, establishing the following scoring system:
(1º: 25 puntos) (2º: 18 puntos) (3º: 15 puntos) (4º: 12 puntos)(5º: 10 puntos) (6º: 8 puntos) (7º: 6 puntos) (8º: 4 puntos) (9º: 2 puntos) (10º: 1 puntos)
5.2 No habrá clasificación por equipos.
             There will be no team classification.
5.3 En caso de empate en la clasificación final, ganará el que haya finalizado delante en la última prueba,si persistiese el empate se miraria el mejor clasificado en la anterior,y asi sucesivamente hasta desempatar.
             In case of a tie in the final classification, the one who has finished first in the last round will win, if the tie persists, the best placed in the previous one will be watched, and so on until the tie break.

VI.Resets
6.1 Solo serán concedidos cuando la causa del abandono sera "Did not start SS..." o ¨ Did not arrive to time control on SS...¨(ver menú "Show retired Cars¨)
             They will only be granted when the cause of the abandonment will be:  "Did not start SS..." o ¨ Did not arrive to time control on SS...¨("Show retired Cars¨)
6.2 Una vez concedido el reset, el rally continuará en el tramo en el que dejo el rally.
              Once the reset is granted, the rally will continue in the section in which I leave the rally.
6.3 La organización no garantiza la concesión de reset el último día de competición(especialmente a última hora),se recomienda participar antes de esa fecha.
              The organization does not guarantee the restoration of the last day of the competition, it is recommended to participate before that date.

VII.Repeticiones/Replays
7.1 Queda totalmente prohibido recortar el recorrido con el fin de ganar tiempo.
             It is totally forbidden to cut the route to save time.
7.1b Queda totalmente prohibido utilizar la vallas , muros , guardarrailes u otros objetos como apoyos para trazar las curvas, esta y cualquier otra forma de conducción antideportiva, sera sancionada
            It is strictly forbidden to use fences, walls, guardrails or other objects as supports to trace the curves, this and any other form of unsportsmanlike driving will be sanctioned
7.2 La organización podrá pedir las repeticiones de algunos tramos a los primeros clasificados y otros pilotos aleatoriamente para comprobar que no ha utilizado esta técnica con el fin de conseguir un mejor crono.
             The organization may request the repetitions of some of the first drivers and other pilots randomly to verify that this technique has not been used in order to get a better crono.
7.3 Se considera recorte, aquellas maniobras por las cuales el piloto se salta parte del recorrido. También se considera recorte los casos en los que algún obstáculo (arboles,bidones,ruedas,pancartas,etc.) queda situado entre el vehículo y los márgenes que limitan la pista, o es abordado por el lado ilógico(en el caso de las chicanes).
            It is considered trimming, to maneuver by which the pilot skips part of the route. It is also considered cut, the cases in wich the obstacle (trees, drums, wheels, banners, etc.) it is located between the vehicle and the margins that limit the runway, or is approached by the illogical side (in the case of chicanes)
7.4 El principio de que al menos una rueda permanezca en la carretera (prohibición absoluta de corte) es válido en cruces o curvas lentas, con un ángulo de 90 grados o menos, en las zonas rápidas, es aceptable cortar con 4 ruedas, pero no más de el ancho del automóvil.
            The principle that at least one wheel remains on the road (absolute prohibition of cutting) is valid in crossings or slow curves, with an angle of 90 degrees or less, in fast areas, it is acceptable to cut with 4 wheels, but no more of the width of the car.
7.5 La penalización por recorte será de 60 segundos, salvo en casos extremos, que la organización podría aplicar una penalización equivalente al Superrally.
             The penalty for trimming will be 60 seconds, except in extreme cases, which the organization could apply to a penalty equivalent to Superrally.
7.6 La penalización por apoyo sera equivalente a un Superrally.
              The penalty for support will be equivalent to Superrally.
7.7 Es obligatorio conservar las repeticiones durante un periodo de 15 días.El piloto que no envíe una repetición cuando le sea solicitada quedara excluido de la prueba .
              It is mandatory to keep the repetitions for a period of 15 days. The pilot who does not send a repetition when requested will be excluded from the test.
7.7b Esta prohibido modificar las repeticiones bajo pena de exclusión, deben conservarse tal cual como el pluging las guarda en la carpeta ¨Replays¨.
               It is forbidden to modify the repetitions under penalty of exclusion, they must be kept as they are stored in the "Replays" folder.
7.7c En caso de que exista alguna reclamación de otro participante, deberán enviar las repeticiones tanto el piloto que reclama , como el piloto reclamado.
              In case there is a claim from a participant, the rider who is claiming and the driver who is claimed must send the repetitions.
7.7d El piloto que sea descalificado en 2 ocasiones por no presentar sus replays quedará excluido del campeonato.
               The rider who has been disqualified twice due to not showing his repetitions will be excluded from the championship.
7.8 La organización garantiza la confidencialidad en el manejo de las repeticiones que nunca se harán publicas.
              The organization guarantees confidentiality in the handling of repetitions that are never published.

Queda prohibida la reproducción total o parcial de este reglamento, sin previo consentimiento/ It is forbidden the total or partial reproduction of this regulation, without prior consent.
