I'm, writing this post asking for one thing.

I've seen the calendar and noticed that the last rally of the championship is in the same time of Rally Portugal.

I think that some people, including me, won't be able to enter the rally on that days.

If it is possible, to change the date of the rally for the following week.

I agree with Tiago, I will not be able to do the rally in those days, only earlier, I'm from madeira and I'll go to lisbon in the 27th

Sorry, but you can not change the dates, activities or particular commitments are not the responsibility of the organization and can not create a precedent that would force us to continually change the dates of other races.
